Your account

TaleSpool is provided by Ikko Systems Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using TaleSpool, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it as needed to operate the service and perform the actions you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your scripts, images, recordings, music and references, including permissions relating to other people’s likenesses or voices.

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, to impersonate someone without authorization, to bypass usage limits or to interfere with the service or other users.

AI-generated results

Generated scripts, images, voices and captions may contain inaccuracies or unwanted results. Review your work before publishing it. Outputs may not be unique, and we cannot guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or fitness for a particular use. Your use of generated media must also comply with applicable law and the terms of the providers used to create it.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except as required by law or our refund policy. Generation prices are shown before you start; successful generation consumes credits and failed or cancelled generation releases its reserved credits. Future prices may change, with current rates displayed in the studio.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe or Link. When checkout identifies a merchant of record, its buyer terms also apply. The checkout total is the amount you authorize.

Availability and ending use

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, faults or circumstances outside our control. Keep your own copies of important source files and completed exports. We may restrict access to prevent abuse, address security issues, comply with law or enforce these terms. Contact us to request account closure; archiving a project is not account deletion.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every output will meet your needs or that operation will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes as required by law. The date above identifies the current version.
